Cancellation policy

Subscriptions and other recurring purchase options can be cancelled before the next scheduled payment. To cancel or amend a subscription, customers should use the subscription management link provided in their account or contact us.

Cancellation requests must be received before the next payment has been processed. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled under this policy, although our standard returns and refund policy may still apply.

Any minimum subscription period, cancellation deadline or other specific terms shown when placing the order will also apply.
